3. How to Initiate a Return

4. Return Shipping Costs
- For defective or incorrect items: The seller or Mallria will cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise specified by the seller.
5. Inspection and Refund Process
Once the returned item is received, the seller or Mallria will inspect it to ensure compliance with the return conditions:
- If the item meets the return criteria, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- If the item fails to meet the criteria (e.g., signs of wear, missing packaging),the return may be denied, and the item will be sent back to you at your expense.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
For items that arrive damaged or are incorrect:
- Report the issue to the seller or Mallria within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide detailed photos and videos of the item and packaging for verification.
- The seller or Mallria will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
7. Special Considerations for High-Value Items
For items valued above $500, we recommend insuring your return shipment and using a trackable shipping method. Neither Mallria nor the seller can be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
