As a Mallria Luxe member, you can enjoy exclusive shipping benefits:

3. Order Processing Time
Merchants are required to process orders within the timeframe specified in their shipping policy, typically between 1-3 business days. Customers will be notified once their order has been shipped.
Fraudulent Transactions: Orders flagged as potentially fraudulent may experience processing delays. Mallria reserves the right to request additional verification (e.g., identity documents or proof of address) or cancel the order entirely. Customers will be informed of any such actions.
4. Tracking Information
Whenever possible, merchants are encouraged to provide tracking information to enhance transparency and customer confidence. If tracking information is unavailable, this should be stated in the merchant’s shipping policy.
5. Shipping Costs and Responsibilities
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying the shipping fees unless the merchant offers free shipping.
- Return Shipping:
- If the product is defective or does not match the description, the merchant must cover the return shipping costs.
- If the customer returns a product for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind),the customer must cover the return shipping costs.
6. Return and Refund Policy
To qualify for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be in its original, unused condition.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and protective materials.
- The product must not show signs of damage, wear, or alteration.
- Returns must be initiated within a specified period, typically 14-30 days from delivery (as specified by the merchant).
