Translations, if provided, are for convenience only and may not always be up-to-date due to the time required for updates. In case of any discrepancies, the English version prevails.

  • Marketplace: Buy, sell, and trade jewelry, including diamonds, gemstones, and precious metals, from Mallria and third-party merchants.
  • Community Interaction: Publish content, comment, and participate in discussions about jewelry, trends, and craftsmanship.
  • Influencer Program: Earn rewards by creating and sharing promotional content, such as reviews or social media posts, in accordance with our guidelines.

2. User Registration and Accounts

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to create an account. By registering, you confirm your eligibility.
  • Account Creation: Provide accurate and complete information during registration. Inaccurate or incomplete information may result in account suspension or termination.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and maintaining the confidentiality of all login information, including your Mallria account, email, and linked accounts. Notify Mallria immediately of any unauthorized use or suspicious activity via our Support Center. Mallria is not liable for losses or damages resulting from unauthorized access due to your failure to secure credentials or third-party breaches beyond our control (e.g., compromised email accounts).

3. Content and Intellectual Property

3.1 User Content

You retain ownership of the content you publish (e.g., reviews, photos, comments) but grant Mallria a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, reproduce, and display it on the platform for operational and promotional purposes. Your content must not:

  • Violate applicable laws or regulations.
  • Infringe on third-party intellectual property rights (e.g., counterfeit jewelry images).
  • Contain false, misleading, or harmful information (e.g., fake product claims).
  • Promote illegal or unethical activities.

Mallria reserves the right to remove or edit content that violates these Terms.

3.2 Platform Content

All content on Mallria, including product listings, images, and designs, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute such content for commercial purposes without express permission from the rights holder. If you believe your intellectual property rights have been violated, contact us via our Support Center.

4. Marketplace Terms

  • Seller Responsibilities: Sellers (including Mallria and third-party merchants) must provide accurate product descriptions, including certifications (e.g., GIA for diamonds),and comply with our Return Policy and Prohibited Items Policy.
  • Buyer Responsibilities: Buyers must review product details, merchant shipping policies, and terms of sale before purchasing. Buyers are responsible for providing accurate payment and shipping information.
  • Disputes: Mallria may mediate disputes between buyers and sellers but is not liable for transactions between users, except for Mallria-owned products. Disputes should be reported via our Support Center.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use Mallria in a lawful and respectful manner. Prohibited activities include:

  • Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices (e.g., selling counterfeit jewelry, misrepresenting product quality).
  • Posting harmful, offensive, or misleading content (e.g., false reviews, defamatory comments).
  • Attempting to manipulate platform features (e.g., review boosting, price undercutting).
  • Using Mallria for illegal purposes or violating applicable laws.

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or legal action.

6. Fraud Prevention and Fees

6.1 Fraud Detection

Mallria uses advanced systems to detect and prevent fraudulent transactions. If an order is flagged as potentially fraudulent, we may:

  • Request additional verification (e.g., identity documents, proof of address).
  • Delay order processing or shipment.
  • Cancel the order and issue a refund, if applicable.

6.2 User Responsibilities

You must provide accurate payment and shipping details. Engaging in fraudulent activities, such as using stolen payment methods or providing false information, may result in account suspension, legal action, or reporting to authorities.

6.3 Fees and Refunds

In cases of order cancellations due to suspected fraud or policy violations, Mallria may withhold transaction fees or deduct costs (e.g., payment processing or administrative fees). Refunds for legitimate transactions will exclude non-refundable fees, as outlined in our Return Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • Actions or content of third parties, including merchants or other users.
