4.2 International Shipping

Merchants may offer international shipping, with estimated delivery times of 10-25 business days, subject to customs clearance procedures. In general, the total price at checkout includes shipping costs and any applicable import duties or taxes, so you won’t face additional fees upon delivery, unless otherwise specified by the merchant on the product page. To understand specific customs requirements in your region, we recommend contacting your local customs office before ordering.

5. Tracking Information

Merchants are required to provide tracking information whenever available, as stated in their shipping policy. If tracking is not offered, this will be clearly indicated on the product page. Customers can access tracking details via their order confirmation or account dashboard.

6. Shipping Costs and Responsibilities

  • Shipping Costs: Customers pay the shipping fees specified by the merchant unless free shipping is offered.
  • Return Shipping:
    • For defective or incorrect items, the merchant or Mallria covers return shipping costs, as per our Return Policy.
    • For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind),the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

For high-value jewelry orders (valued over $500),merchants must use insured, trackable shipping methods to protect against loss or damage during transit. Insurance ensures that the carrier is responsible for any loss or damage, subject to their terms.

7. International Shipping Considerations

For international orders:

  • In general, no additional import duties or taxes are required upon delivery, as these are included in the checkout total, unless otherwise specified by the merchant.
  • Delivery delays may occur due to customs procedures, which are beyond Mallria’s control.
  • If a package is returned due to the customer’s refusal to accept delivery, shipping and handling fees may be deducted from any refund.

8. Delivery Issues, Lost, or Misdelivered Packages

8.1 Delivery Issues

If a shipment is delayed, lost, or misdelivered, customers should contact the merchant via the platform within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. For unresolved issues, customers can escalate the matter to Mallria’s Support Center for mediation.

8.2 Lost or Non-Delivered Packages

If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, Mallria or the merchant will provide a full refund or replacement, subject to verification. For insured orders, customers must first file a claim with the carrier, and Mallria will assist in the process. For uninsured orders, the responsible party (merchant or Mallria, depending on the circumstances) will address the loss. Customers must submit a claim via our Support Center, including order details and relevant information.

Note: Mallria is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery to the customer-provided address or due to incorrect address details. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses and cooperating with carrier claims for lost or damaged shipments.
