This Return Policy applies to both Mallria’s own products and items sold by merchants on our platform. Please review the conditions and processes for cancellations, returns, and refunds to shop with confidence.

1. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order before it ships, please contact the seller or Mallria via our platform immediately. A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund to cover payment processing costs charged by our credit card processors. Once an order has shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted, and the return process below applies.

To avoid cancellation fees, please verify your order details (e.g., product, quantity, shipping address) before submission. If you need to correct an order before it ships, contact us promptly, and we will assist without requiring a new order.

2. General Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned within 15 days of delivery.
  • The item must be in its original, unused condition, free from wear, damage, or alterations (e.g., resizing, engraving).
  • All original packaging, including tags, labels, certificates (e.g., GIA for diamonds),and accompanying materials, must be intact.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation) must be provided.

3. Items Excluded from Returns

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry (e.g., engraved or specially ordered items).
  • Clearance, final-sale, or discounted items.
  • Gift cards or store credit purchases.
  • Items missing original certificates, documentation, or protective packaging.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To return an item, follow these steps:

  • Contact the seller via Mallria’s platform to request a return authorization.
  • Provide proof of purchase and the reason for the return, along with detailed photos and videos of the item and its packaging for verification.
  • Upon approval, securely package the item with all original materials and ship it using the return shipping label provided by the seller or Mallria, if applicable.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: The seller or Mallria will cover return shipping costs.
  • Other Returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise specified by the seller.

For items valued over $500, we strongly recommend using insured, trackable shipping. Mallria and the seller are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

6. Inspection and Refund Process

Upon receiving the returned item, the seller or Mallria will inspect it to verify compliance with return conditions:

  • Approved Returns: A refund, less a 10% restocking fee (based on the item’s retail price),will be issued to your original payment method within 5-15 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times. Returns converted to store credit are exempt from the restocking fee.
  • Denied Returns: If the item does not meet return criteria (e.g., signs of wear, missing certificates),the return may be rejected, and the item will be returned to you at your expense.

7. Damaged, Incorrect, or Lost Items

7.1 Damaged or Incorrect Items

For items that arrive damaged or are incorrect:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery via the platform.
  • Provide detailed photos and videos of the item and packaging for verification.
  • The seller or Mallria will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

7.2 Lost or Non-Delivered Items

For items lost or not delivered by the carrier:

  • Contact the seller or Mallria within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
  • Refunds or replacements will be provided only for items confirmed as lost or undelivered by the carrier.
  • Mallria is not responsible for losses due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer or theft after confirmed delivery to the provided address.

Customers are responsible for filing claims with the carrier for damaged, stolen, or lost shipments and providing necessary documentation to Mallria upon request.

8. No Exchange Policy

Mallria does not offer exchanges for purchased items. If you wish to change an item, you may return it (subject to the conditions above) and place a new order for the desired product. Please ensure you select the correct item, quantity, and shipping details when ordering to avoid inconvenience.
